Igor Knezovic, dr.med. \u2013 ophthalmology specialist<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Graduated in 1998 on Faculty of medicine in Zagreb, <strong>as the youngest student of his generation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He volunteered the obligatory medical course in KBC Zagreb and passed the state exam on 1st December 1999.<\/p>\n<p>From 1st April 2001, he participates in work Lions of Croatian eye bank as a volunteer-associate in cause of developing multidisciplinary approach in transplantation medicine. <strong>He is an active member of teams throughout many multiorgan explantations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-220\" src=\"https:\/\/knezovic.com.hr\/sw-uploads\/2018\/01\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"dr.sc Igor Knezovi\u0107, dr.med.\" width=\"1200\" height=\"698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knezovic.com.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/knezovic.com.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1-1-768x447.jpg 768w, https:\/\/knezovic.com.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1-1-20x12.jpg 20w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In May 2003, he defended the theme of his master work \u201cThe Effect of Organic Dehydration and Therapy with inhibitors of Enzyme Conversion of Angiotensin to the Serum Concentration of Stable Nitric Oxide Products&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>And achieves the academic degree of magister of science.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He actively participates teaching and scientific activities on University of Zagreb and University of Mostar.<\/p>\n<p>He is a registered researcher on several scientific projects (Eye immunology, The net of eye banking).<\/p>\n<h4 ><span>He is the author and the co-author of many scientific works and presentations on national and international congresses (Istanbul, Munich, Berlin, Ljubljana, Nice, Haale, Amsterdam, London, Barcelona&#8230;).<\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>In September 2005, his theme of doctor dissertation tilted \u201eThe evaluation and comparison of lacrimal and salivary involvement of patients who suffer from Sjogren syndrome\u201c was approved, and he successfully defends it in October 2008, so he achieves the academic grade &#8211; doctor of science.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_258\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-258\" style=\"width: 804px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-258\" src=\"https:\/\/knezovic.com.hr\/sw-uploads\/2018\/01\/2-2.jpg\" alt=\"dr. Carriazo, one of the most famous doctors in that field of ophthalmology.<\/p>\n<p>He successfully finished the international course in laser removal of the diopter (LASIK) in Mumbai (India, 2009), and UV cataract surgery (PHACO) in Chennai (India, 2009), lectured by dr.
