AMBLYOPIA TREATMENT: BYNOCS AMBLYGO

Knezović clinic is the exclusive representative of the company BYNOCS from Barcelona, which is a pioneer in the field of treating low vision in children and adults. In cooperation with our polyclinic and the Bynocs company, patients are given online training, i.e. treatment of the low-sighted eye, for several weeks.

Bynocs AmblyGo improves the vision of patients through various interesting exercises. Red/blue glasses are used to send different stimuli to each eye while working in a common environment. Wearing red-blue glasses during training put it simply, the left eye sees only red objects and the right eye only sees blue objects. To perform various exercises, the brain needs to use the image from both eyes, and this is the way we train it to recover from the lazy, i.e. poor-sighted, eye. This treatment is innovative because it enables the treatment of low vision in adults and not only children.

Each patient should undergo an examination and screening at the Knezović Clinic to determine whether he is a good candidate for this treatment. Further treatment is undertaken by Bynocs under the regular supervision of the doctor Poliklnika Knezović.
